POLICY
Delivery
• Processing time for orders is 1-2 days (business days do not include weekend or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
• Once shipped, delivery time within the Philippines is 1-7 days (depend on location and courier).
• Please note, we are responsible for your order/s until its handover/reaches the courier and we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected, but not limited to the following: natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays.
• No shipping on holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm (PHT) have a ship date the next day. Orders placed on a holiday will ship first day after service resumes for delivery.
• Shipping cost are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
Return / Exchange
You may proceed with return/exchange provided that the item/s meets our Return/Exchange Policy.
• Return or exchange date is within 7 days from purchase or shipment date.
• Item/s may be returned/exchanged if the item is factory damaged, defective or faulty.
• Item/s may be returned/exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition with the original tag label attached (has not been washed, altered, printed, tie-dyed, embroidered or laundered).
• Exchange is only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. If you exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we will proceed to refund you fully.
• Item/s from third party sellers are not valid for exchanges.
• Customers will be refunded based on their original mode of payment.
• In the rare cases that you received a wrong or defective item, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our friendly customer service on our Facebook and Instagram page or email us at hellogenesisphorder@gmail.com. Make sure the item is in the condition you received it in.
• Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier, and if the item/s is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable.
• Genesis Clothing Co. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject any refund, exchanges or replacement from customers at any time due to:
- Original item/s has not reached our warehouse
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, printed, tie-dyed, embroidered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

• Genesis Clothing Co. reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
